FORMER Perth Academy pupils enjoyed their reunion so much last year that they�re making it an annual event! The FPs who attended the school from 1968 to 1974 have decided they will hold an informal get-together every year on the first Saturday night of September at the Cherrybank Inn. Local leisure manager Iain Smith noted: �More than 100 ex-pupils came from far and wide for the reunion last year, raising hundreds of pounds for Cancer Research. We decided 30 years was far too long to wait for the next reunion!� The first of the annual events takes place on September 4 and the invitation has been extended to anyone who was at the Academy around the same time. Partners are also welcome.
